This package is good for a mom that would love to see and spend time with your baby through every stage of development. Mom2Bee will be with you from the earliest of 5 weeks of your pregnancy to the week of your estimated due date.

  • The 1st visit will be from 5 to 8 weeks. 30 minutes of 2D scan. Listening to Baby’s heartbeat, 2 black and white pictures of your baby. Unlimited digital images will be sent to your email.
  • The 2nd visit will be from 15 weeks to 18 weeks. 30 minutes of 2D scan to see the baby’s gender, listening to the baby’s heartbeat, baby’s heart rate. 2 black and white and pictures of your baby, Unlimited digital images will be sent to your email.
  • The 3rd visit will be customized for 2D/3D/4D/5D sessions, best time will be at 26 weeks to 28 weeks. 30 minutes ultrasound in 2D/3D/4D/5D.
    Listening to baby’s heartbeat, baby heart rate, estimated due date, placenta position, Estimated Amniotic fluid, fetal growth. 4 black and white pictures.
    Unlimited digital images will be sent to your email.
  • The 4th visit will be from 32 weeks to 35 weeks. Customized 30 minutes ultrasound session in 2D/3D/4D/5D. Moms will get to see the baby before
    the due date. We will check the baby’s position, cervix length, Amniotic fluid, placenta position, umbilical cord position, Fetal growth. Listening to the heartbeat, baby’s heart rate before your due date. 2 black and white pictures.
    Unlimited digital images will be sent to your email.
  • $10 0ff when purchasing Heartbeat Buddy. (We will record the new baby’s heart rate for every visit.)
  • Heartbeat Buddy $35 (recorder and stuffed Animal).

    Attention: Twins/Multiple will be $30 additional.

  • WHAT IS ELECTIVE ULTRASOUND

Providing excellent bonding time for Parents to connect with their little during Pregnancy. With a premium and high-tech ultrasound machine, our 3D/4D
session will capture all tiny features of your unborn baby. However,  Elective prenatal ultrasound does not take place of diagnostic ultrasound at your
doctor’s office. All the moms seeking elective ultrasound service must already be receiving care under physician or midwife.

  • ULTRASOUND TIMELINE
  • Listening to Baby’s heartbeat will be best starting at 7 weeks.
  • Gender determination best from 15 weeks to 20 weeks.
  • 3D/4D/5D ultrasound best is from 25 weeks to 30 weeks for the best images of Baby’s face and other Body’s parts.
  • WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 3D AND 4D?

3D is still image while 4D captures the motion.

  • ULTRASOUND PREPARATION
  • For “Listening to My Heartbeat”, “What will it Bee?”,” Celebrate Baby Bee Gender” package, please drink 24 oz of water 30 minutes before your appointment and hold your bladder.
  • Please eat 1 hour and half before your appointment time. Avoid eating high calorie meals 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.
  • Please Stay Hydrated during your pregnancy. Drinking 8 to 12 cups of water daily is highly recommended. The more water you drink before your appointment the better the pictures will be.
  • We highly recommended our moms to drink 3 gallons of water 2 days prior to your appointment. Drink water throughout the day, not all at once.
  • You do not need a full bladder upon the arrival time.
  • During the ultrasound, we might ask you to do some gentle movements or exercises to change Baby’s position for better images.
  • Because this is Elective, non -diagnostic ultrasound, we do not accept any insurance.
  • Deposit/ prepaid is required when you book your appointment.
  • If we are unable to get a clear picture of the baby due to Baby’s position, Mom’s body habitus, placenta position. We will charge you the cost of the base package.
  • Moms are responsible for preparing a good space in their house for the ultrasound session (nearby outlet, clean sofa or bed is highly recommended).
  • Television with an HDMI port is highly recommended if you want to see the baby on a bigger screen.
  • RESCHEDULE/ CANCELATION.
  • If you are feeling sick/ or want to reschedule your appointment. Please let us know 24 hours before your appointment time. Please text 352-340-3916. We are happy to reschedule your appointment without any additional fee.
  • Since our technician travels to you. Please make sure you are home and ready for your appointment 10 minutes before the technician arrives. If for any reason you are late for your appointment, it will count into your scanning session.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours’ notice, there will be no refund for your service.
  • If you are late by more than 15 minutes for your appointment. You will have to Reschedule your appointment. a $25 fee will apply.
